Mrs. Shirley
Wallace (right) organized the National Black Ladies Ministries in 1952.
She served as the first Black Ladies Willing Worker Band President in the United
States. She also served as the Teacher and Principal of the Industrial
School and Orphanage in Eustis, Florida.
