Please remember that a new exemption form MUST be filled out each semester. Old forms DO NOT carry over from semester to semester. Being on Chapel Probation for several months will affect your scholarship rewards. Tapes
Tapes of each chapel service, both in Conn Center and Dixon Center, are available for purchase through the Campus Pastor's Office. Tapes are $2 each. If you would like them mailed to an address there is a $5 shipping and handling fee with no tape limit or maximum. You may access a tape order form by clicking this link:

Usher Opportunities
Every semester we hire new ushers to replace our graduating ushers. If you would be
interested in making a few extra dollars each semester, take a few minutes to fill out
an application. Please print this application and bring it by the Campus Ministries
Office located in the Conn Center.

This coming year, February 19 & 20, 2005, we will be having our Married Student Retreat in Pigeon Forge at Holiday Inn. The cost is only $60 per couple. This will include one meal, morning snacks and the night's stay. You will even receive $20 back during the retreat to put toward a nice dinner for you and your spouse. To sign up, print this

Ministerial Examinations
Office of Campus Ministries provides opportunities for Ministerial credentialling. If you desire to pursue ministerial licensing in the Church of God, Cleveland, Tennessee, we can help you in that process. Stop by the office to schedule an appointment with Pastor Wendell Smith.
Mission Statement
It is the aim of Campus Ministries to help students, faculty and staff to get to know Christ, be developed as a disciple and learn to share that relationship with Christ with others through everyday life.
This is accomplished through providing opportunities for Discipleship, Relationship Building, Servantship, Leadership Development and Worship. Poiema ScholarshipsDorm Chaplains
Seventeen scholarships of $2,000 per year will be given to a Junior or Senior level student who indicates a desire to help organize discipleship groups within the Residence Halls. Preference will be given to Junior or Senior level students currently enrolled in The Lee University School of Religion. It is necessary for the scholarship recipient to work closely with the Campus Pastor's Office throughout the year for training and resources. Both men and women are encouraged to apply. Pick up your application in the Campus Pastor's Office located in the Conn Center or in the Poiema Office located in lower Simmons.
Faculty Mission Stipends
Ten stipends of $1,000 will be given to faculty or staff who indicate a desire to participate in leading a mission trip based out of Lee University. Preference will be given to faculty who lead trips focusing on ministry and mission and are not offering class credits related to the trip. (Exceptions will be made for those offering credit for GST 251, 252 or 253.) It is necessary for the stipend recipients to keep receipts, to report on the results of the trip and to provide pictures of the ministry focus of the trip after returning. Any faculty/staff are encouraged to apply. Pick up your application in the Campus Pastor's Office located in the Conn Center or in the Poiema Office located in lower Simmons.
Student Mission Scholarship
Ten scholarships of $500 will be given to students who indicate a desire to participate in a mission trip based out of Lee Unviersity and focusing on the theological exploration of vocation. Preference will be given to students who enroll in trips focusing on ministry and mission and are not receiving class credits related to the trip. (Exceptions will be made for those obtaining credit for GST 251, 252, or 253.) It is necessary for the scholarship recipients to report on the results of the trip after returning. Interns
Two scholarships of $400 per seemster will be given to a Junior, Senior or Master level student who indicates a desire to help organize the discipleship program or the mission program for Lee University based out of the Campus Ministries Office. Preference will be given to Junior, Senior or Master's level students currently enrolled in The Lee University School of Religion. It is necessary for the scholarship recipient to work closely with the Campus Pastor's Office throughout the year for training and resources. Both men and women are encouraged to apply.
