Basic Broadcast Journalism provides the student with instruction and practice in the specialized field of writing for broadcast media. Course content includes mechanics of news gathering, writing and reporting for radio and television broadcasting.  Class is held in a production/workshop environment.  Remote news gathering will be covered.  Students must have completed TCM 235 Broadcast Techniques before taking the course.
